Good pricing for S2K
I'm looking at some S2Ks for sale. I was wondering what's a good price to pay for one thats like 00-03 with like 50-70K miles, no mods.

well, my dad owns his own auto shop in NC. and I was thinking about getting it, and letting him fix it back to new for me. but, the thing is it already has 172K miles.. that's alot.. I'm debating rather to get a fresh one, or a wrecked one and fixing it up..

Considering that it has 170K+ miles on it and wrecked, do you honestly think it's a good idea to get it?

If it's from a dealer, chances are a salesperson has taken it out. They may not have warmed up the engine properly. You don't know if the previous owner has continually topped off the oil (this car burns a bit), what type of gasoline. A lot of variables.
What about an 06 or 07, they come so well equipped for daily driving now. The price is awesome.
