Default Need help with exhaust

Ok, i did some search on here but could not find anything or i can be blind and did see it . Anyways, i'm trying to sell my stock 2000 Civic Si exhaust. The guy that is offering to buy it has a 98 DX coupe. Will the Si exhaust fit on his DX?

DX came in 4-doors and coupe. So i'm guessing it's not a direct bolt on? Anyone else can shine some light?

thats what i figured but if youre selling it to him why does it matter if it fits or not?

DX has all; sedan, coupe, hatch. and if i'm not mistaken (according to my 00 DX) the cat is attached to the header versus under the car.. so you'll have to have header and everything off a EX or Si for the exhaust to fit... someone correct me if i'm wrong.
