Default Turn Signals Not working but hazards do.

Well this is my problem, I have a 94 civic dx and i was installing some euro tail lights that did not end up being the right ones so i put back on my oem tail lights. The turn signals dont work at all front or back, But when i try the hazards all my turn signals work. I checked all my fuses and everyone is good. Has anyone ever seen this problem before? Any info would be greatly appreciated and oh ya if you have a 92-95 civic 2 to 4 door civic im selling the lights for 19 bucks with 10 dollars s/h and they are brand spanking new, check em out at the link ive attached:92 95 civic ex Black Tail lights

No i dont, Also new To a digital mulitmeter. Would i need a voltmeter to check the volts? and which fuse(s) exactly do power the turn signals. Its jus confusing how the heck could i mess somethin up by just changing the lamps. Its kinda dark out but ima go deeper into it 2morrow

ok the turn signal start a fuses fuse 15 under dash(10a)and fuse 43 under hood(10a) art your fuses to check.on the turn signal switch green/Orange is your power in green/blue is you power out left blinker on green/yellow is you power out right blinker on check for 12volts with the switch in the appropriate place.so check you fuses then test you switch.
