Jun Valve Springs with CTR cams
hey guys, I'm getting ctr cams and was wondering if JUN valve springs are a good upgrade to go with (1009M-H001), I can get jun springs from someone. Do I need to change the retainers too?

What is your current setup? If your running CTR cam's (which I believe are the same as ITR,) then you only need OEM retainers and valvesprings from a type r. Aftermarket springs will have excessive pressure, which will cause premature retainer & camshaft wear.
