Default 07 civic stalls when...

...going from stop to start sometimes. ALSO engine light comes on every couple of days and I reset it by disconnecting battery. All I have done to it thus far is install an AEM cold air intake. any ideas on whats going on with my car? thanks

if you cel (check engine light) is on that means that your ecu has encountered a problem, the ecu is having troblem reading / detecting some kind of machinal / ectrical sensor, this inturn throws a code, autozone will read these codes for free and tell you what error your ecu is returning

07 civic? Dont do a damn thing other then drag that thing to a dealer and make em fix it

you don't think the aem would void his warranty do you?

i don't think the cold air would void the warranty but I have an email out to aem and haven't heard back...

Honda/Acura has the best warranty for modded cars.

You can do just about anything short of Forced Induction and get away with it.

My friend has an 04 RSX with, intake, exhaust, race header, Hondata IM gasket, KPro. And they still adhear to ALL his warrranty policy.

But if your Cold Air Intake Sucks up a water and blows your motor, then ur screwed.

Temporarily put the stock airbox back on
