Default What is the best seat? (OAM/Aftermarket)

I want to replace my old seats in my 92 Si. I want seats with good side bolsters. Something that will keep me from sliding too much in a hard turn. I’ve looked at Del Sol seats, S2000 and ITR’s. I’d love to put in the S2000 seats but I’m not sure if they will hold me very well. Being that they are leather, the slide factor is higher then cloth.
I’ve looked at reclinable aftermarkets too but not sure which one would be the best for the price.

Anyone out there have any success stories about their seating?

Persons with S2K seats please comment.

My civic seats were tossed & replaced with a set of 96 Camaro seats with the sliders welded to the bottom. I love them! Theres probably pix on here somewhere.

My 91 Civic SI setup for STS SCCA class had Sparco Fighter seats. Great seats for autocrossing. Long drives sucked and I sat on a small pillow since my ass would hurt.

The Del Sol seats are the best bang for the buck. I've put them in every honda I've had now and wouldn't have it any other way. I had the blue striped ones in my 98 SSBP GSR that I auto-x'ed and they were great. Also had red striped ones in my red 91 CRX Si and my 91 civic hatch. I have some grey stripes now in my VX hatch and love them. They are easy to put into the 92-95 Civics and 94-01 integras, you only need to swap out the rails and you are set.

del sol's are nice. just find a set in good condition. my brother had a practically new set and they fit me great. no moving around in corners whatsoever. my cousin on the other hand had a beat to shit set where the side bolsters dug into my sides cause the padding had gone bad.

usdm itr's arent bad either. i like the material they're covered with.

Another one for del sol's. Especially if you're tall. With del sol seats in a civic, you seat lower in the car and you don't feel like a giant inside.
