'04 TL opinions please

Hello,
Considering an '04 TL: 80k highway mi, monthly oil changes, regular dealer
service w/ records. $17,000. Please advise.

Alot of miles, but thats never really a worry with honda product, sounds like a good deal, take it to a mechanic, do a carfax, and if everythign checks out, buy that puppy!
