lights and heater wont work
my 98 civic was recently stolen. when i got it back, the colum was all fucked up, stereo, speakers & relay fuses were also missing. i got the colum fixed but my head lights, tail lights and heater wont work. i checked all the fuses and they are good. what else might it be?
