Default Power Steering Flush in 1998 Civic EX

I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe, and was told I should have the Power Steering fluid flushed. I just spent $1400 getting the 75,000 mile maintenance, timing belt and rear bushings done, so I'd prefer to do it myself, but, can't find any tutorials or instructions to do so.

I've flushed brakes before, and do most of my own work on my car but never flushed the power steering.

My Haynes manual has instructions for replacing power steering pump or bleeding the power steering, but not flushing. I've seen instructions for integras on this forum, and imagine it's not all that different.

Instructions would be great, and illustrations if any would be nice, but not necessary.
