Default Water leaks

It rained here this weekend for the first time in several months. I just bought a 97 Civic EX 4-Dr last week and took the opportunity to check the car for leaks.

I am getting some water into the trunk, definitely from the rear of the trunk. I think it's from around the aftermarket taillight lenses. I assume RTV is the easiest fix?

I also noticed water in the pan that sits between the sliding roof and the headliner. There's no stains on the headliner and I assume this is normal and drains off or do I need to replace the sunroof gasket?

Thanks,
Ty
