Default Goo Gone?

I want to take the DX off my Civic, but I'm unsure what to use to remove the adhesive. I was told Goo Gone works well, but is it safe to use? Any suggestions?

It's reasonably safe, just clean, polish, and wax after. I wouldn't let it sit though.

Are you talking about the DX badges?

I removed the CHRYSLER badges that were on the doors of my Intrepid as they kept peeling. I just used a hair dryer and an old credit card to remove them. To get rid of the excess adhesive I just used Turtle Bug & Tar remover, then waxed wher they were.
Worked great!

Goo Gone and Bug and Tar removers are safe for your paint. Just wash the area with soap and water immediately afterwards.

I agree with ^

Don't let it sit on the paint too long.

Do you think using Goo Gone would work in getting a dealership sticker off? It's one of those adhesive stickers that seems to stay on the car forever...and I'm tired of seeing it. This isn't a pic of my car, but I'm just showing an example of what I'm referring to:
