Default cleaning seatbelts

I was just wondering what the best way is to clean up seatbelts? I recently purchased a '94 Accord and the tan seatbelts have a lot of dirty black spots on them. Also, I noticed the speaker covers in the front doors are really dirty as well. Is there any effective way to clean these up? Thanks in advance.

the tight weave of the fabric makes them difficult to clean.

you could try something like oxi-clean or even an upholstry clean paired with a scrub brush. then wipe off the excess with a terry towel.

whatever you decide to use, make sure it doesn't weaken fabric. later.
