Default Calling out vtecb20coupe wrong part sent.

He hasn't been on the board since 7/1/06. So I am not making any conclusions until he has a say in the matter. But I bought a 99-00 rear tranny mount off of him a couple months back. I know the part was used so the marks on it were fine. However the mount is not a 99-00 si rear tranny bracket. I tried installing this bracket on my 99 ex with a b-series swap in it. The mount was shifted over about an inch from the bolt holes. It almost looks like the mount came from a car with a front end collision and the mount was bent sideways. I finally got tired of trying to make the bracket fit so I ordered a brand new 99-00 si mount from Honda. When comparing the two mounts they are totally different. I am pretty sure this mount you sent me is not from a civic si. Look like it came from a b-series motor because the tranny holes match the new bracket but the bracket you sent it bent compared to the new one. I just want my money back for this bad part. I am not mad about the scratches and everything with the mount. I knew this because it was used but it would have been nice to send the right mount.

Good way of going about this. Just like yo usaid wait until he has a say in the matter. I bet he was told or he thought it was a 99-00 si rear trans mount but it was slightly off. Good luck.

Hey, just wondering, but how much did you shell out for the rear tranny mount. Ive got a b-series 5-spd swap going in my 99 ex auto, and i need that same part. How much did you pay for it at the Honda dealer?
