2008 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spyshots & Production Photos

I'm not feeling it right now...in fact it looks like they just took a Maxima and squashed it. I don't really react to looks and judge books by cover but wow it is not very attractive at least in that picture/color combination.

It looks better in person. For about 1 month now they have a silver one out in front of Nissan Motor Credit headquarters here in Dallas and it looks much better than pics.
But I know what u mean, car makers are squashing cars and making them taller so the propertions don't look that great on the shorter cars. Just like the new Civic, I can't stand the short hood and the long/tall windshield but the rest of the car looks good.

The best looking (IMO) compact car is still the Mazda 3. The Civic is okay, I like the coupes better than the sedans. The Corolla has clean lines, but the car just looks too girly to me and the new Sentra just looks awefully cheap and kinda dorky.

The family car pics don't do it justice, while its not anything ground breaking it looks decent.
But your right, I hate when cars have lower rear wheel arches it makes the car seem unbalanced from certain angles.

In particular, please explain to me WTF is going on in the area that I circled. Oh, and I've added a line to show the disparity between the front and rear wheel arches.
This really does look like they welded on a front clip from a different car. The lines simply don't match.
