H&R race springs any good?
wondering if they are stiff and/or bouncy

They'll be on the stiff side. Bouncy? You'll need performance shocks to keep them in check.
I have the H&R sports and I'd buy them again.

I have H&R sport they are great even with KYB-G2 shocks

i wish i had em....
i have H&R race... they a BIT too low

Yeah, I have the sports dropped another 1/4" or so using a lower perch on my Koni yellows and that really got the drop right where I want it.

yea they say like only 2.5F/2.25B but it was more like 3F/3B
