Well I just saw a sweet black 350Z on the road today for the first time and in my opinion, it looks awesome. it looks way better then in pictures (first time a car looked better in person) im sorry, even though im a honda too, that thing looks so sweeet. what are you opinions if you seen it in real life. also both are in the same price range but 350Z has more hp.

This car is awfull. It doesent realy seem like a sportscar, more like a rollercoaster.
The Engine is perspicuously biger (3499ccm, needs 20 -27 gallons/mile) and the power just e bit higher (270hp?!?!?) h:
From 0-60 in 5.4 sec, this is in my opinion the only reason at all to buy e 350z...

remember: A car for enthusiast, who like the special way!
The S2000 is more sporty then the Z3,more closely
than the SLK, cheaper than the italians and more
exclusive then all together!!! :thumbup:

it looks sweet but I would rather an S2000. The S2000 is much more of a sports car. Can outhandle the 350 like there is no tomorrow according to all the tests that have been done on the two.

The Z looks like a real bargain car, but I'm not a fan of the design. I'd go with a S2000 with a hardtop.

If you need something practical, 350Z. If you want something for all out fun, S2000. If you absolutely NEED torque, 350Z. if you like higher redlines, S2K. You get my drift. Test drive bro, how the hell are we gonna know what you want.

i saw both of them at an autocross today so i think i can help you out with this. i dont want to compare times though since the 350z drivers obviously arent very experienced with the cars yet. the Z is definitely a beautiful car, but a little bit on the porky side. i gotta agree with you guys that the s2000 is sporty while the 350z is, well....not. seeing the s2000 racing around the track i was very impressed in every aspect, especially the sound of the engine. those things sound awesome, even in stock form. the Z sounded more like an accord or something, like the exhuast was somewhat inhibited. however, the 350 hauled *you know what* in the straights. so take your pick. i say, if you can only have one car, get the Z. if its going to be your second car, and just be a toy for sunny days, get the s2000 hands down.

S 2000 for sure. I mean, this is coming from someone who has a second car and loves the fact that you'll get looks in this car like crazy. I recently had the choice between the two of them, and I went for a test drive with the two on a track before I bought my S2K. The 350Z was amazing in acceleration. It felt like no matter what gear I was in and no matter what RPM, it took me where I wanted to go, yet the body roll was excessive for my taste even though the suspension was tweeked with the track model ($41,000). It's just a heavy car with a heavy engine, sorta like the American car of Japan. The S2000, however, performs everything well and balances it out I think higher than the 350Z. If you think about it, if you like the acceleration of the 350Z, don't buy japanese. Go american. If you want all around performance that might even save your life in a last minute decision due to great handling, go with the S2K. I've gotten into so many accidents because of my cars lack of handling, but this car turns on a dime and goes where I tell it to before I can open my mouth. Then again, it all comes down to you. Do you want amenities with the occasional race, or do you want a sports car?
