2003 & aftermarket MP3 players
I just bought a 2003 Accord EX and I would like to install an aftermarket MP3 CD Player/Radio. If I do this will I lose the radio controls on the steering wheel?

Yes, unless you buy the adapter to convert the steering wheel controls into an IR remote and the radio can accept an IR remote control. It's really a hit or miss setup. A lot of times the radio wont recognize all of the functions of the controls.
