Default problem with idle speed

Hi guys. this is the problem i faced yesterday. on red light. my idle would go down to 200-150 rpm and then it would come back to 800. then it will go again to 150, and then back to 800. sometimes it won't do it at all. Now sometimes the idle would be fine like around 800 but sometimes it drops to 400. what could be the problem? if i give my car for tuning and cleaning. would it fix it?

try to clean out your iacv. 150 sounds way low, wouldn't the car stall at that low of an rpm?

no the car would not stall. the rpm would increase. it was just like pulse. it would drop and rise again. and yeah how do i clean iacv or jammed egr. trust me it does goes to 150. not exaggerating. or may be it was 200 but it was way low. and the pulsing would continue but lets say next red light it won't do it at all. right now it's in garage. when it comes back i will clean the iacv but first i gotta know how and second i would check for jammed egr

i dont know much about accord engines and whether they have an iacv or eacv, same thing really, but its usually located on the intake manifold on the back on most honda engines... i could be wrong. if you can get a manual it'd help, even a chilton
