Here's a complete list of rules:
http://www.moutons.org/sccasolo/index.shtml

You would be in DSP or FSP or STS/STX or SM.

You would have a better time in STS

  • points
  • Any sway bars
  • Any wheels up to 7.5" in width that fit over stock brakes
  • Tires up to and including a width of 225, with a treadwear rating of 140 or greater.
  • Strut bars/braces as allowed in Street Prepared.
  • Exhaust system downstream of catalytic converter(s)
  • Short throw shift kits
  • Spoilers, body kits, rear wings, etc. (but not body replacement parts like carbon fiber hoods)
  • Pedal kits and other interior cosmetic accessories
  • Alternate brakes pads and linings
  • Any fully padded and upholstered front seats with reclining seat backs
  • Removal of factory trim (rub strips, emblems)
  • Alternate steering wheels of any diameter, otherwise meeting Stock rules
  • Cross drilled and/or slotted brake rotors same size as OEM
  • Alternate air cleaner enclosures
  • No limited slip differentials except factory viscous coupler type units
  • Stock brake calipers/drums
  • Fenders may not be cut or flared (but specific modifications for tires OK)
  • headers
  • Emission legal modifications to Engine management system, either electronic or mehanical, but not both.
  • Engine and transmission must remain unmodified, including emissions equipment
  • 4 or 5 point harness

Actually, looking at the book, he would be CSP, which would pit him against M3's, Integra Type R's and the such. Could he run in that class, sure..........would he want to run in that class, hell no. Besides, they have a higher PAX index than STS. (I only know this because you showed me)

No he would be in DSP or FSP. CSP is for lighter more hp cars. My 2000 Civic Si with more hp would be in DSP. All cars in GS would go to DSP. All cars in DS goes to CSP.

FSP is for cars like the Civic DX, CX, HX, and LX.

F is the slowest of the slowest cars usually from HS.
So it's F Street Prepared.

D Street Prepared are usually cars from E stock or G stock.

C Street Prepared are usually cars from B stock, C stock and D stock.

But that's just general you have to look at the rule book specifically to make sure your car fits the rule.
