98-02 accord V6 vs 4cyl exhaust
does any one know if the rear dual muffler section from an accord V6 will bolt on the 4cyl exhaust?? or do i need the whole catback?? has anyone here done this?

Im not knocking you, and yes it's been done, but our 4cyl's don't flow enough air to warrant dual exhaust. IMO dual exhaust on a 4 banger is about a rice as it gets.

I'm a ricer...I put dual TL-S mufflers on my I4. Didn't like the limp rusted stock tip, aftermarket was too obnoxious for me, so I did this. OEM look, good sound.
I don't know if I'd do it again today, but I don't regret doing it.

It'd be rice if the second muffler was just stuck on there for looks... I think the dual OEM mufflers look really nice.
As for the actual question... you need the OEM cat back piping as the V6 pipe splits at the rear wheels, the flanges are right next to each muffler.
