Default Resetting ECU In a 1998 Accord EX I4

I pulling the fuse box cover off from under the hood, didn't see a "radio" fuse at all. Anyone know where this fuse is located?

its in the passenger side fuse panel. It's a 7.5 amp. It's labeled "clock" or "clock backup".
