Default 1996 Accord EX engine misfires/starting problems

OK... Need help with this one..
Got a '96 accord ex w/ 170K
Just recently got new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil change... 3 weeks ago!!!
EGR Valve was also replaced and ports cleaned about 2 months ago!
i live in buffalo, ny so its very cold here in the morning.. 20-30 degrees!
i have been having this ongoing problem starting the car... only for the first time of the day.. i go to crank it over and it doesnt fire up. try it a second time... money all the time! After the car is warm for the day, no more starting problems...
Once in awhile i go to start it and it will be like a half assed start, cuz it makes the engine misfire.
Ive had codes read... cyl 3 and 4 and random misfires.... this is BEFORE i replaced all the parts mentioned above.
Now, today i drove to work (9:30AM) car sat till lunch around (2:30PM)... go out to start my car and i get one of those half assed starts, and so the engine starts to misfire... car is shaking, but i KNOW THIS TIME that its misfiring...(NO CEL LIGHT) so i didnt drive anywhere, just kinda let it work itself out... and after about 10 minutes it resumes normal firing, rpms go back up and everything is fine. NOW i didnt get a CEL because i didnt drive it, it only misfired for about 10 mins, then stopped.....
WTF can i do... ive replaced everything i can think of??? HELP!

I have always used 93 from Sunoco, once in a while i get 93 from Delta Sonic...
I also ran seafoam through the gas when i replaced the EGR Valve....

ignition coil? pgm-fi relay?? (but i get the clicks) O2 Sensor??

No CEL light to work with, unless i drive the car.. which does blink while it misfiring, never took it above 40mph...mind you, this misfiring thing only happened 3 times now in about 5 months.. and it only misfires with the starting??
im clueless

There you go right there. Why the f are you running 93? higher octane is more resistant to igniting, meaning you have to coat the intake manifold with more of it before you get enough 93 evaporated to cause ignition. www.howstuffwork.com

If you wanna waste $.30 a gallon to reduce your engine output and create massive carbon deposits, have at it.

It seems like no one knows this!! No matter who I talk to, they alway think that higher octane fuel burn EASIER. I even had a college chemistry teacher thinking this. Thats why turbo cars require at least 93, detenation sucks.
