Default accord 92 EX (Canada) clutch adjustment

guys i have two questions first how do i know if my clutch is hydraulic or the conventional and the other question is in either case, how to adjust it? i haven't adjusted it for about 3 months and it seems that it is loose

im 98% sure it is hydraulic and you cant adjust the engaging height.

although you can adjust the amoount of slack on the pedal.

and how is that supposed to be done. coz i dont want to go to a mechanic. if its easy

if you look where the pedal is, there should be two 12mm adjusting nuts.
kinda hard to explain but when you turn one, it reduces the amount of play on the pdeal.
