No production SC exhists for the f23A engine, 4cyl 98-02 model Accord. Or 94-97 to my knowledge.
And since even the v6 model SC runs $3000, I'd find it hard to imagine you couldn't sell your current Accord + $3000 and find a faster car either with a SC from the OEM or a car like a Prelude VTEC that might not need one in the first place.
Just some options.

many people choose to Turbo the 4cyl with a T3/T4 turbo while many V6'ers go with a Comptech Supercharger
