Default Air Conditioner Help...

Hello, I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX, and last summer it started to have trouble cooling the car some, but it still worked pretty good so i ignored it. But today it was 90 degrees out side and after havng the car parked in the sun all day, it would have been nice to have airconditioning. Its kinda cool blowing out of the vents, but not cool enough to actually accomplish much. So does anyone know how I would go about adding more freeon, im guessing thats what I need...

sounds like you have a leak your going to have to fix the leak before putting any more R12 back into the system it's very expensive as theres no more made since the early 90's . have you checked your temp knob if it's broken that might be your problem.

Iono, but my air conditioner wasnt working at all. My mom just brought it to some store. said they changed the AC-recharger or something. Now, it blows out like a new car!

i just did to my car converted to r134 a its very easy
for 40 dollars advanced auto parts sells a kit that will convert your system over and it even comes with video instructions

VERY EASY
