Default Cracked Rim

I recently cracked one of my RH c2 evos on an unfamiliar road, about almost an inch long crack on the inside of the wheel. My question is, since the crack is only a tiny one, is it safe to still ride on these wheels?

Get that welded and repaired, you know they crack will expand over time and it will cost more to replace the whole Rim.

It could be critical, depending on where it is. I had a cracked spoke and I couldn't get anyone around here that would be willing to weld it, or take it as a core on a new one (it was a small crack too) I don't think they'll fix hub damage either. Lip damage is no problem though.
