lack of power on 92 accord

yes, every time i slam on the gas (juss to have fun) it has a late reaction of pulling off meaning blazing it, i think its becuz the engine is not warm enough or i juss need to tune up the engine, wat do u guys think?

thats happening ont he camry...except i just drive it regularily.
the camry needs a pretty good tune-up so try checking the timing, check valve clearance
