Accord won't crank when cold
My 92 Accord doesn't crank in cold weather. When the key is turned, all the usual stuff on the dash lights up, I can hear the fuel pump, but there's not a sound from under the hood, no cranking, no clicks, nothing. This seems to happen when the temp is below about 15F. When warmer, it starts fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

One thing to try, twist the key to the "on" position for a minute, then try starting the car. It could be an electrical problem between the ignition switch and the starter.
