Hi, just a quick question.......do aftermarket 6.5's fit right into the stock hole in the door. ie do the screw holes line up and does the magnet fit into the door?

I wish but unfortunately aftermarket speakers are keyed (screw holes) differently. Simular size, yes, but the depth of the new speaker will vary also. I installed Kenwood speakers in mine and had to do some drilling plus modify the opening somewhat to fit because the new speakers had tweeter built in; thus making the depth almost an 1 1/2 inch thicker. Have fun.

some aftermarket speakers will fit right in... it depends on the brand usually. Certain companies make honda direct-fit 6.5" speakers, which will go in without any problems.

Go to Crutchfield.com, input your car and they will show you what speakers will fit and which ones will need some minor modifications.
