Default code P0141 even after replacing o2 sensor...

After my swap (97 jdm b18b) into 97 cx got finished I got 3 codes that continue to pester me. The one right now im trying to handle is ---P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction---. I have 2 other o2 sensors that i swapped in, cleared the codes and started up and Im getting the same code. So just to check that those 02 sensors were good i swapped them with the primary o2 sensor and didnt get a code.

I dotn even know where to look. I know the sensors are good, what should i look for next?

I followed a diagnostic thing i found on another site. And it looked good all the way up to where i had to test a wire for the ECU which it showed I should have in my harness but didnt. Anyway, it all showed out good. I originally had to extend the wires for the sensor and thought I messed them up. SO i pulled them apart, and soldered in new wire hoping that would fix it but it didnt. When checking the plug i got power where I should, and didnt have power where i shouldnt it appeared. Im at a loss. Im going to a local salvage yard tomorrow to see if i can buy or borrow a ECU from one of their cars if possible. Im hoping that since im throwing other codes as well it may be a faulty ECU since i did buy this one off ebay.

Yeah it does. Definitely try a known good ECU. Do you have any friends with an OBD2 LS? It'd be much easier to swap ECU's that way. If you still throw the code. go over all your wiring again.

I only know one person up here with a 96 or 97 ls integra, but dont see him anymore. I have no other way to swap ECU's. I went to my local honda/acura salvage yard and they wouldnt lend me a ECU, or let me just try to see if thats the problem and buy it off them.

IS there anyway to test my ECU? I guess ill wate and see tomorrow if i get that new injector in and the misfire code is there then there has to be something wrong with the ECU becasue i replaced everything that i could think of in respect to this o2 sensor and the misfire code.

WEll my salvage yard wouldnt let me get a ECU from them. So tomorrow im calling the place i got my motor from to see if i can get a JDM ecu.

1 CEL down 2 to go. Finally got rid of the TPS code. I guess i bent that little clip in the TB and it would not line up right. Straightened it out and the voltage is not in spec and no more cel

im a little far away...in PA.

If i can get a HONEST person on the site with good vouches i would have no problem sending them my ecu for you to slap in your car, see if the same CELS come back on and pay to ship it back. Im pretty darn desperate to know if my ecu is bad/wrong
