Default Headlight bad connection

My front left headlight has a bad connection where in the wires go into the adapter where it connects to the actual bulb. At first i could just giggle the wires and the light would come on but now it doesn't work at all. Is there a fast fix or do I have to replace the entire wire?

I hope that makes since, I can't think of any other words to use to discrive it at the moment haha. thanks

And I know it's not the bult. I just looked at the wires and they go into a black plastic cover which is grouped with other wires so it doesn't look like i can just replace this set of wires alone?

Locate the ground wire and run an alternate ground to the chassis. See if that works. Usually when it does that it is not grounded good enough.

I went to the dealership today to see about getting a new headlight harness and as it turns out you have to replace the entire left side engine bay harness! The wanted $50 for diagnosis and $350 for the harness. I didn't even ask how much labor was, I jsut left haha. Is the harness a hard part to replace myself?

no, just cut the wires and solder the wires together. There may be an easier fix but its hard to tell you what to do without looking at it...and pics?
