replace either ur cv boots or axles, whichever is cheaper.
some people say replace the axles because if that is going who know when the rest will ect. its up 2 u which way u wanna go, but the clicking is from ur cv boots.

WHat everybody has been saying....cv boot/axle gone. Look under your car at the drive axles, you'll probably noticed ripped rubber cv boots that may still or used to have grease in them. Axles can be bought at Autozone with lifetime warranties for a fairly decent price, check them out. good luck.

Relevance is irrelevant
Yeah it's your CV joints or axles. CV = constant velocity btw.
If it's a manual you'll notice the clicking doesn't (always) occur if you ride the clutch through tight turns. Like in the parking lot... Doing that will prolong the life of the axle a little bit in a pinch, but obviously you want to get em' changed pretty soon.
Do it yourself if you have access to the right tools and have a buddy to help out a little, otherwise just let the pro's handle it.

Quick Procedure Rundown:
Just loosen axle nut, jack your car up, pull off the wheel, take off that lil lower fork holding your shock & also the ball joint, remove the axle nut, pull axle out of both ends. Replace in reverse order. 30 min or less job.
