97 Accord not starting
It has been a bad start to the new year... I went to leave work today and my super reliable 97 Honda didn't start. The battery was turning over the engine however the engine just wasn't catching. I had my car parked in my garage and was able to drive to work. Could the snowy/rainy weather have something to do with it? I would appreciate any advice, thanks

My theory is that you're probably running old plug wires cap/rotor, if the weather indeed had anything to do with it at all. As they age they become sensitive to moisture and the car sometimes won't start until they dry out. Pull it into a garage or try to start it again on a warm day.
If it isn't weather related, you may have blown a fuse for the fuel pump or something of that nature as DarkSide mentioned.
