Default >>>>>full Interior Panel Swap!?!?!?!!!!!! Unheard Of?!?!?!!!!!!

yeeee . so ive been lookin for a new integra for a while now n i found this one on my friends street for $3,000. 96 ls, w/ 128k, but im gonna swap me b18c5 into it. pretty clean jus needs paint. but the interior is tan. im lookin to get white paint and gunmetal 17s or maybe 18s. so i thought black gsr leather seats would look pretty sick on that. if all of the interior is tan, how hard would it be to swap the interior on the integra i have right now (black panels, carpet, everything) into this new teg im prob gonna buy? should i just look for another one that has black interior, or is this a simple 2 day job?

yeah, everything is easy, but the dash is YIKES! i'm with you on that, i HATE tan interiors. i would rather have black cloth than tan leather.

You can do it, but take your time. With the dash if everything is not bolted down properly or tight enough you can get some pretty annoyng rattles. Otherwise the interior is a piece of cake. I ripped it all out (minus the dash) when I removed the sound deadening tar...the whole thing took about a day to do.

it is simple enough to do...annoying...but simple... although i would suggest...as your removing the dash...if something doesn't come up properly...and you don't see a pin....DO NOT pull on it...there are several hidden bolts in that main dash piece

good luck

agreed. i would reserve a whole weekend for this project, just in case. and crack open a beer when you start. i've found that i have much more patience and tend to break fewer things if i work on my car with a wrench in one hand and a beer in the other.
