Default started, then dead

My friend has a honda. He got the problem yesterday night. He can start the car, but after like 3 sec, then it will be dead. He went to me, but I got no idea about that. Gas is enough, battery is ok. Anyone can tell me what it could be?

95, accord, I do not know too much about his car. I believe he abused his car pretty much. The power steering fluid is low (below min), engine oil is low (close min), coolant is low (below min)

Check your distributor connections, coil or alternator.
Check your fuel delivery (filter).
