GS-R for 6100.00
Seems like a good deal. What year is it and have you run a car fax. I would recommend taking it to a good, honest ,reliable mechanic and have
him go over the car. It would be worth the $100.00. If it's in good shape
it has alot of life left in it. Things to check:
compression
any check enginel lights on
records of maintance
signs that it has been beat up
check entire cooling system
does the A/C work
conditon of suspension
clean car fax (avoid slavage titile)
It all tht checks out, you can make it a sweet car. For about a 1200.00
you can increase your hp by about 30 with cams and new intake.
Good luck,

Just to let you know, Acuras and Hondas last forever. 100,000 mile hondas are basicly babies in life. There are people on this site with 300,000 and even a couple with a 400,000 miles on their car and still have the cars be running in decent condition.

singh83 has over 222,222miles on his car.
anyways, get a carfax, make sure his maintenance is uptodate, take a mecahnic with you and double check if the car is in a good condition and nothing appears to be falling apart.

carbon fiber hood and rims are a bad sign. that means riceboy, which means beating on the car. i have 173k on my 95 LS, and you'd never know it when you drive the car. kartman is right about the diagnostic, but go to a HONDA/ACURA dealer, for best results. and also, if the owner doesn't have service records, don't believe him when he tells you what's been done. i don't care how much he spent on that tune-up, if he doesn't have paperwork, it doesn't count.
