need more information on the year and model of the car.
if we're talking 6th gen V6 accord, they bolt right up, but the exhaust hangers need to be turned around.

I think you can use the TL or AV6 "Y" pipe to make it dual.
But then the issue of backpressure comes up. If I were you, instead of messing with stock parts from 2 different cars ... just get a magnaflow catback for $300.

the fact you're splitting the I4's exhaust, that's where you lose the back pressure. OEM or aftermarket, low output engines with dual exhausts isn't a good idea.
