Check Engine Light Does Not Work

Check Engine Light Does Not Work
I have a 97 Honda Accord. 4 DR SE
The Check Engine Light Does not come on at all, I am thinking that the bulb needs to be replaced if so, do I really need to disengage the SRS system. How do I find out, check, change, replace if it is any one of the following:
Loose or disconnected electrical connector
The sending unit for the warning light is faulty
The bulb is burned out
The fuse for the circuit is bad
If I need to disengage the SRS system what is the name of the tool used to disengage it, on the passenger side while I am working behind the dash.
The code 41 for the O2 sensor is coming on also any suggestions on how to fix that also.

just replace the whole o2 sensor and see if the code comes up again, it only helps to replace the whole thing. and yea the check light bulb might have finally thought its time to go to bulb heaven, good luck trying to find that tiny ass bulb. i have some from a spare gauge cluster if your interested.
