fuel line leaks in 93 accord 4cyl

fuel line leaks in 93 accord 4cyl
My accord 93 4cyl 4door engine sound real loud when the speedometer indicator reach 100km/hr or 3000rpm. Is the exhaust front container rust out? I don't know the proper name of that part. It is located on engine when exhaust gas first leave the engine.
I have second issue with this car. The gas gauge fluctuate a great deal. I filled up to the top level however after 80km trip, needle drop significantly to 1/3 of the gas tank. I wonder if there is a leak in fuel line somewhere. I had the local mechanic fix previous leak using rubber tubbing to reattach the fuel line to gas tank. Has anyone had problem with corrode fuel line?
