Default 91 accord engine question

how do I know which engine I have F22A1, F22A4, or F22A6? I'm guessing the numbers refer to emissions types and I'm pretty sure I have a california car. Thanks sorry for the noob question, I searched and couldn't find shit

1991 Accord eh?

Heres the break down...

1991 Accord DX = F22a1
1991 Accord LX = F22a1
1991 Accord EX = F22a4
1991 Accord SE = F22a6

And yes, it is a noob question.
You can also see for yourself which one you have.
Its right next to the Altenator, stamped right on the Block...

The Green circle Suppose to show where it would on the Engine Block

It should read something like this...If you notice its right under the rubber
boot. Thats like a Tranny/Flywheel cover...

Cool thanks for the info and pics. It's an ex, so I guess that clears it up. Anyone know where I can get a cheap ass O2 sensor? I can't believe how pricey they are for these cars. It wasn't even that much for my rx7

You want it cheap? Did you call up your local wreckers? For a little extra, they should take it out for you.
