thats normally a civic tire... its like a rubber band wrapped around the rim, very low profile.
You'll want a 215/45 17 or something around that size.

The new (7+ gen) accords are 5x114.3 for the 4cyl & V6
The best tire size for the 4cyl Accord on 17" wheels are:
205/50/17
215/45/17
225/40/17
205/40/17 are really for civics and other 4cyl cars in it's class
They will work on the Accord, but the ride will be a little harsh because of the low profile

225 is teh way to go
My cousin in the states when i visited has a 99 Accord V6 SDN he has 225 , his stock was 205 but he went to 225 and i think it gives the car perfect balance and traction.
