Default Need some help with replacing axles

Need some help with replacing axles,

I have a few problems,

1. what size socket do i need for the axle nut?
2. Haynes manuals suck ass and dont tell you what you need to torque bolts to or what size tools you need for the axles. Do you know where i can get an FSM online? Or maybe a write -up on how to replace axles?

Thanks,
Zach

Well I can't say on the 4th generation you have, but on my 6th gen (1999) the nut is 36mm and torque is 181lbf-ft.

On my wife's civic the spindle nut is 32mm.

that is correct...
although i did get a rebuilt axle from autozone and they rebuilt it w/ a 32 mm nut and threading....so i had to use two different sockets.
