List of Civics (help!)
Alright, I'm trying to sort out a list of Civic's I'm considering buying. Keep in mind, my limit will be around $8,000, and that's because my Accord will likely be sold for that this weekend. Let me know if you think any of these are good buys. (And, yes, I will def. have it inspected and what not...)
92 Civic HB B18c1
95 Civic coupe FB GTR
95 Civic coupe B18C1 turbo
92 Civic Si B20
92 Civic HB Teg Type-R
92 Civic HB w/ engine identity crisis (is it B18B or B18C1?)
94 Civic HB B18B
92 Civic Si IS VTec
Good list? Any suggestions? Questions I should ask aside from the obvious basics? Any I should cut off the list? Which ones are overpriced? And... with the cash I'll have to spend, idea's for what to do next?

get a del sol and soup it up. it is more rare and more fun. All of the above have something wrong with them. A couple of the one with the GSR have too many miles for swaps. The one with the type r doesn't take pictures of the back and the couple pics of the front, look like the body might be fucked up. Find a del sol souped up, i gaurentee you will love it....
EDIT: What is your zipcode. I will search for some for you. how far are you willing to travel ?

that one is very clean. watch out though. boosting like what i see there can fry internals to shit. be careful buying boosted cars or cars that had boost at one point or another. although it will save you alot of money buying a car boosted, you don't ever know what you are exactly getting. give me a few minutes, i will find you something. You like sols, eg's, si's, integra's, what ?

Oh, also, wouldn't a mechanic be able to see how well it's built, or what? And best to get a non-boosted car and boost my self? Remember, $8,000 tops.

don't buy a boosted car. piece together your own turbo. del sol's ain't chick cars. they are light and fun, plus if you take out the ac to boost, then you can always take the top off. I love my two seater. if i end up selling this someday, i am going to get another 2 seater. check my sol out.
