Default 6th gen c-pillar bar

anybody know of any companies that make c-pillar bars for 96-00 civics? an if you know of any write ups on this that would be greaaat.. thaaaanks

em racing, js racing, camp 1320, and ebay(cheapest and does the same thing and looks like most brand name cpillar bars) install is straight forward. take out bolts, put brackets on, tighten down, put bar in, tighten down bar and warn passengers not to sit in the bar because they will bang their heads on it.

Check the for/sale forum (I think the sponsor's section). I think that Rev-Auto.com has a sale on C-Pillar bars.

It will not do much to the body and I think it's a waste of money. Where the car needs reinforcing is the upper strut towers (front and rear) and MAYBE a rear lower strut brace.

Coupes have the rear deck that stiffens the rear end, hatchback are open thus they make C pillar bars to "stiffen" up the rear end. Like Mike siad i see them as a waste of money.

plus, the rear seatbelts in coupes mount through the trunk and over the interior, not on the pillar....so theres no where to mount it anyway
