P0135 - Primary heated Oxygen sensor (sensor 1)

Does anyone know if this is the one before the CAT (on top of the engine) or after the CAT underneath the car ? Car is a '99 Civic.

Primary is the number one sensor before the cat.

It would be nice if the OBD code told you "B4 or after CAT" but I'll remember now.
