Default stupid problem...

I got a stupid problem with my civic. When I'm in any gear (rolling) and I floor it, it first stutters (feels like I'm just starting out and the car starts hopping) then when the RPM's increase the problem dissapears. I changed the TPS, but the problem didnt go away. Help anyone? Thanks in advance!

When you say you're rolling, are you rolling at 2 mph, or 30? When you say "high RPM," what do you mean? When you stomp on it at first, and you say you're rolling, does that mean your clutch is engaged, you're rolling at a low speed, and your RPM's are around 1000? Need more info.

If I'm rolling along at a very low speed (~5mph) and my RPM's are around 1000, and I'm in 2nd gear when I decide to stomp on it, my car stutters too. That's too low an RPM and speed range for your car to expect to be able to do anything in any gear other than 1st, so there's just no power to accelerate; i.e. the car stutters. This is normal.

You also say you replaced the TPS. Does that mean you replaced the whole throttle body? TPS's can't be replaced without changing the whole thing.

for example 2nd gear at 30mph, clutch is engaged yes, and it usually does it below 4000rpm's. Yes whole throttle body. I said TPS because thats what I read online, 95% of the time its the TP sensor.

So you and cruising and you step on the gas and it kinda studders or boggs down and doesn't want to go then it finally kicks in a goes??

I had a similar problem but when I had my catback put on I found out my cat was plugged and it was restricting the airflow. Once I changed my cat it was all running fine then. If its not along those lines...don't know what else to say...

Do a tune up. Sounds like an ignition issue to me. Make sure your plugs are gapped right. If it still does it afterwards, check your base timing. If that's right, unbolt your cat and take a drive & see if that fixes it.
