You can find out for sure by looking in the NSX FAQ (see link in the first topic in this forum). Click on Tire & Wheels, then click on Wheel Tech.

You can buy them at any Acura dealer. The list price is $1,685.56. Each. Of course, if you look around, you can find them discounted, so you can buy four of them for "only" five grand or so.

Even aside from the cost, they won't be a good fit for other Honda/Acura models, for various reasons. For example, the 5x114.3 bolt pattern is only used on certain cars, and the 55 mm offset may be a problem, too. Furthermore, the center bore of the NSX front wheels is 70 mm, whereas other H/A model cars that use 5x114.3 lugs (e.g. Integra Type R) need wheels with a center bore of 64 mm (and it is virtually impossible to find hubcentric rings for OEM wheels).

Which he could have found in the NSX FAQ, just like I already said.

the difference between front wheel drive and rear wheel drive may be a compatibility issue as well

Why? What does that have to do with wheels fitting? Wheel fitment is a function of wheel size, offset, center bore, bolt pattern, and (to avoid interfering with the brake calipers) spoke shape. Nothing more.

I realize that FWD cars sometimes have wheels with more positive offset (or less negative offset) than RWD cars, but since the NSX wheels have more positive offset than those on most FWD cars, I don't understand how even that is a factor.
