Default EK9 Pistons im my B16a2??

Hey i'm after putting some Ek9 type R pistons in my EG6 b16a2 civic, i kno this can be done i just have a few Q's, i wonder if any1 can help.
1*I've been told i need to machine like 1mm of my standard rods, were does it need machining, were the gudgin pin goes through or the sides of rod?

2* My internals are all standard at the moment, anyone know what compression i'll run? and any idea's of power increase?

3* I will be defo getting skunk2 Inlet mani at the same time, ive also heard this is a good idea becoz of the extra compression, is this true?

4* I am thinking of having a set of new valve springs, followers and stage 2 cams, will this all be ok to fit with such a high compression ratios?

Thanxs for any help! ste
