Default Header time, 4-1?

After speaking to ppl a while back about a header im decided i want a 4-1 now (i want high end power) is this any good on ebay, the welds on the collector look better than any of that ssautocrap or megan racing shite item no. 7998794958.
Also, im just interested in what power gains other ppl have noticed on the B16 with a 4-1 headers? i have a full exhaust, decat and induction kit to complement it too.

Finally, does any one know what power gains you get from the ITR or skunk2 inlet manifolds? ive seen some places saying 20bhp! Seems far to good to be true!! but then why the fuck are they 300 Pounds!!
thanks agen ste

Cheap only ends up costing you more in the long run.

Get something that's proven, from a company that has a good reputation.

if you want a 4-1 that will make power you want to look into companies like rmf, smsp, and hytech. if you want to spend $600-$700 on a header that is.

otherwise get a dc at least.
