Default Adjusting a cam gear

I just got a OBX adjustable cam gear and it did not come with instructions. I did try to search alot on the web on some pointers on how to do the adjusting. Even on OBX's website they had no help. Will just leaving it at zero make a difference then using the stock one? Should I move it one line at a time? Should I advance it all the way to ten and then see how it runs? I have a 95 civic ex. Advice or a good website would be greatly appreciated.

You're heading into trouble with adjustable cam gears on a stock engine with no idea what you're doing. Good luck with that.
